London Grammar - Everywhere You Go


London Grammar had a huge year – a Disclosure feature, a magnificent debut record, If You Wait, growing legions of fans – and they’re celebrating by remembering where they came from – namely, by leaking this old demo of the first song they recorded together, “Everywhere You Go.” It imagines a London Grammar that’s a bit more folksy, with a guitar loop and soft drums underlying Hannah Reid’s utterly singular, always-totally-amazing vocals. It’s a cool listen to hear one of the most exciting new bands of this year making some naive-but-powerful first steps – check it out.
