Glass Animals – Pools

Love it. To be perfectly honest the chorus is one of the best choruses that I have heard this year. But it doesn’t stop at a good chorus. The production is exquisite and I love the chilled vibe that is emitted by the synths and what I think is a vibraphone. Top class track, definitely one to put on repeat.

Glass Animals are a quirky outfit, experts at guiding their audience through a sensual, groovy, sometimes wild, ride. They are into unicorns and slugs, were once called Afro Pony and remind me of an Alt-J who spend their summers listening to Lionel Richie at "the shed" while sipping on bourbon. Can't wait for ZABA, out June 9.
