Nordoff Robbins have today announced that the incredibly successful and internationally acclaimed band, Coldplay, are to receive the Royal Albert Hall Best British Act Award at this year's Nordoff Robbins O2 Silver Clef Awards.



It was only a few months ago that Rita Ora was involved in a messy breakup with Rob Kardashian, revealed via Twitter. But after keeping the drama at bay and moving on, the stylish singer seems to have moved on with Calvin HarrisThe producer and DJ is behind a lot of hits, having worked with Rihanna, Ne-Yo and Kelis. He’s also been rumored to date Adam Levine’s ex, Anne V and singer Ellie Goulding. Now that we know who he is, we should probably get used to seeing the two together as they make a handsome couple.



Adam Lambert & Frank Ocean were in San Francisco for Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation Media Awards, they receipt award for Outstanding Musical Artist. In addition, the award for BestAartist also went to Adam Lambert. The 31-year-old singer also received Davidson/Valentini Award, an honorary award for people who make a case for gay and transgender.



Emma Watson & Lana Del Rey touched down in Nice airport today as they arrived in France for the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Despite strutting through the terminal separately, both stars opted for little white dresses to kick off their Cannes style. Fitted and flirty was the frock of choice for Emma, who left little to the imagination in her figure-hugging dress. Lana Del Rey meanwhile championed carefree summer vibes with a loose lace number, injecting navy colour with velvet slippers and a bomber jacket.




Ambitious plans to erect a life-sized statue of legendary AC/DC front man Bon Scott in his Scottish home town are being backed by the surviving members of the world-renowned music giants. In a major boost for the campaign, the band are promoting the fund raising appeal on their official website. DD8 Music, a community music group based in Bon Scott’s hometown of Kirriemuir, have set a target of £50,000 to erect a bronze life-sized statue of the rock star in the centre of the Angus market town. The appeal was launched ten days ago at “Bonfest”, the annual celebration of the “Highway to Hell” singer in Kirriemuir. And already more than £12,000 has been raised.
